TABLE EFFECT

There was a time when the table and book were the only things with which I could spend my whole day with.My family members would always think that I needed something if I was not on the table. My mother would then instinctively ask "What happened? Do you need something. You could have called me.You don't need to get up everytime you need something".And then by default I would sit on my chair .My parents had provided me a large and comfortable table-chair to sit on.All my books and copies rested on them so that everything was at my disposal as soon as I needed it.I also had edibles, mostly Chawanprash and cashewnuts which I could munch if hungry. And most importantly my younger brother and sister were always kept alert to see whether 'Bhaiya' needed something. In short ,except certain basic needs, there was everything that would prevent me from getting up my chair so that my full concentration could be on my studies. After all I was preparing for IIT-JEE.I studied on those table chair for a long 3 years to clear this exam.Everything specialy my table-chair paid off!

It's been three and a half years that I have spent at IIT.I still have a large sized table and a chair at my disposal.I also have books from the library and the required notes on it.As for the eatables,I have packets of biscuits that I get from my mess to eat if hungry. In short the conditions of my house are all present, except the one thing-'My will and interest to sit on it and study.'Somehow I can't remember how many days have passed since I studied on my table.Yes,sometimes I do sit on it and take up my books. But then it's not after 5 min that I close them.I just cannot concentrate and sit on a book as I used to.As far as passing the exams, you don't need to study hard at IIT to pass specialy if U got frnds like I do,who get all the notes and teach u about them. Some help is also provided during examination! In short U donot need a table chair to pass out here.

I wish to regain my lost glory and sincerely hope that once again I would be a regular at my table chair. And as for the absence of someone who is always alert,I think that it is something inside me that has to play the role this time.
